|Whats is Reflexology ? |
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body.Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on all these reflex areas.Reflexology stimulates the body's own natural healing response by relieving stress and tension. It improves lymph and venous circulation and nerve supply. It helps nature return the body to a balanced natural state (homeostasis).
For the healthy individual reflexology offers continued good health maintenance and a powerful anti stress tool.
For the less healthy reflexology offers an appropriate complement to all other forms of treatment.
"With reflexology ,It is the person we treat, not their disease."
Bring the body systems into balance leaves no place for disease.
Its simple,safe,non-invasive its holistic.

There is much evidence to suggest that reflexology has been a "Knowing" in all of mankind since the very earliest of times. There is pictorial proof of ancient egyptians using the foot and hand techniques as long ago as 2500BC.Its also known that modality existed in early times in China,Africa,North America and parts of Europe.
Reflexology as we know it today began to emerge as an organised healing modality in the early 20th century
Dr William Fitzgerald shared his discovery of the zone Theory and from there. Eunice Ingham drew the first modern foot map in the 1930's
Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that truly complements all other forms of treatment from the modern medical model to traditional Chinese medicine and other forms of natural medicine. It has been found that the introductionof reflexology into the treatment of unwell people improves the healing response.
